SECURE PREMIER EXHIBIT SPACE AT AES 2020
There will be a limited number of exhibit tables available for stakeholders, businesses, et cetera at AES-2020. These tables will be featured prominently throughout the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on both dates of the convening. All AES attendees will pass by and visit with exhibitors throughout the two day symposium. If you are interested in becoming a 2020 exhibitor, please complete the form below.
Please note that exhibit spaces will be released on a first come first serve basis. Once exhibit spaces reach capacity, we will be unable to add additional exhibit spaces to the symposium venue.

What's Included:
Standard 2x6' table with table cloth and skirt at AES-2020 for the full two days of the symposium, April 16-17, 2020, at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center.
Company/Organization logo will be featured on the AES website homepage as an AES-2020 exhibitor.
Company/Organization logo will be featured throughout the venue entrances and exits, social media posts, and e-mail campaigns.
Please note that the purchase of an exhibit space does not cover the cost of registration. Exhibit staff are permitted to attend to the booth throughout the symposium whom are not registered. Plenary and keynote sessions, break out sessions, breakfast, luncheons, cocktail receptions, performances, and the keynote dinner will not be accessible without advanced registration.
